7th to 10th Nov 2008:

this year company incentive trip was to Taiwan, Taipei. during the 4 days 3 nights trip, we went to places like jiu fen, yeh liu, fisherman wharf, ximenting, shilin, wu fen pu, C.K.S menmorial hall, gu gong (museum) n some other places which i cant recall. sad to say, one week after the trip n i cant recall.. some places i dunno wad isit call so cant blame me.. first day was very sunny n temperature was reported as 32 deg C. the second day till the last day was raining with very cold wind.. temperature ard 20 to 16 deg C. nice weather! i din went to the fisherman wharf cos when we reached, it was raining very heavy n the wind almost blown my umbrella away, so decided to give it a miss which is my mistake. should have gone to take a look cos saw from the photos the others taken, it is a very nice place.. comments from most of the colleagues who went were not very good.. yes indeed, the whole trip was very tiring n it took me one week to recover from the tiredness.. we had to travel for one hour plus before we reached the destination n then stayed there for one hour n set off for the next place which again took one hour or so journey.. n the whole itinery was like messed up. suppose to meet the 1st group n go to the same places during our 2nd n 3rd day.. end up only get to see them during dinner time n at the end of the day. sian! find that taiwan ppl are quite friendly or at least those we met are friendly. the first night went drinking n the boss his friend were very nice.. treat me red wine, treat us makan n they keep toasting. maybe cos they drank too much ba.. 7 guys plus me(i dun drink :)) drank 22 bottles of taiwan beer.. tried some and it tasted very smooth n light.. the amazing thing is each bottle cost only 60 N.T which is equivalent to 3SGD.. n they smoke like nobody business cos each pkt of cigarette also cost around 3SGD! i will go taiwan again.. free n easy of cos.. can shop till siao..
