After reading an email sent by boss, I am touched by her. Others read it and might misunderstands that she may have other meanings in her words. To me, to us, we knew what she meant. She is really a very good boss. It reminds me again, reminds me of the good and bad times that we went through as a team. Everyone, JIA YOU! I am going to post what she wrote, so that I can read it over and over again, so that I can gain back the confidence, fight the pressure and do my best!

Here it goes:

Hi

This may sound like pep talk as yes, indeed we had some incidents / setbacks but we shall take the mistakes made in goods stride and treat them as experience gained to improve our quality and accuracy of work.

A B/report is the core of production, just like the analysis is the core of the lab. The accuracy is very important.
With the complexity you faced in churning out this seemingly simple sheet of paper, and sometimes in short notices, it is understandable that is work pressure.

Be vigilant, patience. Tuned ourself and make necessary adjustment to meet ever increasing demands, seek help form one another. If you see any room for improvement, do raise them up for discussion/actions.

Ultimately our aim is to do it right, first time, each time.

Yesterday went out for movie with BL and GQ! Abit disappointed that 'UP' was selling fast and we didn't manage to watch it. However, still happy that we watched 'The Proposal'. Had late dinner at Carls Jr and chatted till late. Hope to meet up more often!

Simple and ordinary.
I am blessed with a loving family and a bunch of lovely friends.
Currently studying part-time degree course in NUS, for a better future.
A new chapter of life is about to begin.....
